Options

*Random Single Sessions (1 hour)
You choose when and how you want to top up your thoughts and action plans – perhaps as a follow-up to previous coaching (here or elsewhere), or as a motivation or energising session before you attend to a difficult situation,

or just because...

*The Specific Action Plan (5 sessions, variable length)
This is for projects where you know what you want, you already have some ideas about how to get to the outcomes, and you are looking for specific support for this journey. This type of project usually has a single-topic focus and is achievable in short time-frames.

*The Bigger Picture
The time you need for The Bigger Picture depends on what your Picture looks like. It's worth taking the time to really think about how you want to shape the next stage of your Lifeworks so that you can get the best possible outcomes. You can select from 10-session or 20-session options, if you are metrically-minded. Or you can opt for 12, 24 or 36 sessions.

Announcing - Exciting New Coaching Seminars!

*5. Beginning your Life Makeover - what is this Coaching Stuff anyway? (Flier available)

This one-day session is designed to introduce you to the ideas and strategies that are currently being utilised in personal coaching. You can get a sense of what's out there and what it takes to make changes in your life, realistically (costs, methods, styles).

There is absolutely no obligation to continue working with the presenting Coach. (In fact, due to the strictly limited client numbers for lifeworks! personal coaching, there are no places currently available in the Coach's Book.)

Outcomes

*Developing understanding and clarity about where you are at with life right now and where you might want to go next

*Ideas about how you can move forward and how to select a coaching style and method that suits you

*Confidence to take the next step and Get Serious with moving onwards and upwards

*6. Getting Serious about your Life/Business Makeover - Next Steps (Flier available)

This two-day session is designed to get you started on being your own Life Coach or Small Business Coach (two separate workshops). You'll define your new next steps, understand what motivates you, understand how you move forward and how you hold yourself back. You'll develop a workable and simple plan to move ahead on the road that you really want to be travelling, instead of wishing, hoping or dreaming about it. You'll know how to set up and keep working on your own plan. This workshop is comparable to the 'big name' coaching sessions you may have heard of, right there with the current techniques but without the 'big style' presentation. Because sometimes that's just not what you need to move ahead. . . . . it's worth a thought . . .and your Lifework!
