This page is designed as a homework page. Making changes and shaping your life is a daily activity. A few changes here, a small difference elsewhere, and soon it all comes together. When you are not actually talking to your Coach there are still things you can and should do to keep your Lifeworks project moving. Now that you've started working on your life project, make sure you keep up the momentum by: * checking in with your preferred online motivational website * listening to your preferred audio motivator or make your own audio tapes * making journal entries in your progress diary or logbook. Do these at least every 2 or 3 days . . or better still everyday if you have the time. And, check the things you had on your to-do list at the beginning of your coaching sessions, just to remind yourself how much you've achieved already! How easy was that! How easy are the next steps going to be . . . .! It's almost time for some new goals . . .:)
